SHIPPING METHODS:

1. Pickup from Our Store: Address: Agios Taxiarchis - Mykonos, 84600

• The delivery of the products is subject to force majeure and the conditions that affect the international shipping industry.
• The goods travel on behalf and under the responsibility of the buyer.
  
• For any dispute that may arise, the Athens Courts (GREEK) are responsible for its resolution.
• All packages travel under insurance contract and no insurance claim can be validated after customers' signature.  Chora Mykonos - Barefoot Luxury Living is not responsible for any refund or replacement after the signature of good delivery of products.  Since the risk transfers to the customer after the products are received, the customer must inspect the received products upon delivery. By signing upon delivery, the customer confirms the correct receipt of the ordered products.
• Chora Mykonos - Barefoot Luxury Living is not responsible for any local customs duty clearance or extra taxes if applicable upon arrival.
• In terms of sustainability, Chora Mykonos Barefoot Luxury Living, when possible, prepares  packages re-using materials and recycled supplies.
• In all cases, delivery is made up to the sidewalk.

Transportation Process:

• If the buyer fails to communicate or finalize the payment for shipping costs within 7 days from the date they are notified that their order is ready for dispatch, the company "MYKONOS CHORA BAREFOOT LUXURY LIVING IKE" reserves the right to charge a storage fee. This fee will be calculated at €20 per day for each day the product remains in our storage facilities after the 7-day period.
• The buyer will be notified of the accrued storage fees, which must be paid in full before the order is dispatched.
• If the buyer fails to settle the shipping and storage fees within 30 days from the initial notification, the company reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the company may retain part or all of the payment already made to cover the storage fees, administrative costs, and any other expenses incurred due to the delay.
• The product will remain the property of "MYKONOS CHORA BAREFOOT LUXURY LIVING IKE" until all outstanding fees are settled and the product is dispatched.
• By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer agrees to these terms and acknowledges the potential for additional charges in case of delays related to shipping and communication.
